One of the largest tikis in the entire resort! This lot backs onto the reserve for privacy and has mature, lush landscaping. Newly refinished with more contemporary pavers, a golf cart parking area, and refreshed built in kitchen that includes a JennAir grill. Along with the TV, the furniture and storage units remain. There is a mosquito spraying system to ensure enjoyable evenings in the tiki. Eisenglass curtains enclose entire tiki for cooler evenings. New tiki thatch and poles in January 2020. Conveniently located across from the pool/spa and bath houses too, which makes it a very popular rental site as well.
